Love + Liberate Challenge
Day 1
Self: Love you!! Write yourself a love letter. Remind yourself of all things that make you special. Feel proud & say kind words to yourself. Once the conversation is over pray for yourself and over your relationship with self.
Day 2
Family: Call a family member you haven't spoken to for a while, maybe even one you were not on good terms with the last time you spoke. Ask them how they are doing. Inquire about what they have been up to and ask if they could use your help in any way. Wish them the best this life has to offer. Once the conversation is over pray for them and over your relationship with them.
Day 3
Friend: Get to know what's been bothering your friend. Take the time to get in their mind, to walk in their shoes, and see how they think. Once the conversation is over pray for them and over your relationship with them.
Day 4
Community Member: find someone in the community (be sure to social distance) Talk to them about what it is that they might like. Learn about them, what they do, what they get up in the morning for, how they see the future. Once the conversation is over pray for them and over your relationship with them.
Day 5
Co-worker: Find a coworker that you don't see eye to eye with. Spend a few minutes pouring blessings / well wishes over them and their life.
Day 6
Non-profit: Volunteer for your favorite non-profit. If you don't have one try out these below:

Day 7
Nature & Divinity: Are you taking care of this beautiful earth? Spend time picking up trash, going on a walk outdoors and marveling at all its wonders. Bless the planet for its greatness, Thank God / your higher alignment for all that is done through them.
